For education and healthcare, the Golden Pearl Award was given to Dr. Reimund Serafica, associate professor at University of Nevada and a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Educator. For contributions and success in information technology, the Golden Pearl Award was given to Xentra Chairman, Maner Puyawan.
