On December 17, 2022, the successful building inauguration of Xentra Tower led by our Chairman, Maner Puyawan, and the rest of the leadership of  Xentra Solutions was held in Blas Ople Road, Brgy. Bulihan, Malolos, Bulacan. With its headquarters established, Xentra aims to bring IT-related jobs in Malolos and nearby municipalities.

The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony was graced with the presence of Malolos Mayor Hon. Atty. Christian Natividad, Landbank Malolos Paseo Congreso Branch Manager Annabelle De Guzman, City Government of Malolos Business Permit and Licensing Officer Atty. Aida Bernardino and Architect Romeo Caneja Conge Jr.

Who Xentra is and What it does

Xentra Group is a Philippine-based IT company, with office address at the Philippine Stock Exchange Tower in Ortigas City, that offers extended and delivery teams, and software outsourcing to companies locally and abroad. Because of the wide range of services it provides, it has grown into multiple companies that offer different products and services.

To date, Xentra Group several divisions including Xentra Infotech Solutions, Stergo, PinoyWallet, Xyno, and DexignHub. To eliminate the need to lease each company’s offices in Metro Manila, the 3-storey Xentra Tower in Malolos, Bulacan was purchased and retrofitted to house Xentra Group’s numerous divisions and its employees. (see Trivia below why Malolos)

Benefits to the City of Malolos: More Jobs

Xentra Tower is not a mere structure to add to the aesthetic of the city. Rather, its purpose is to bring jobs to the city.

Aside from housing around 80 IT-related employees, other non-IT jobs like building security, maintenance, cleaning services, finance and admin-related positions, and others will be created as well. Furthermore, it will boost up the economy in the area because businesses like carinderias, convenient stores, gas stations and others will have more customers.

More to Come

The Xentra group acquired another property in the Tikay area enough to construct a four to 5-storey office building that can house more than 100 IT professionals. With both towers operational, Xentra aims to be the go-to technology center for both companies and employees in Malolos and nearby municipalities. It will serve as a training center for those who want a career in the IT industry.

If Xentra can provide better-paying jobs that are in close proximity to home for 13 previous on-the-job trainees, it can also provide the same for more people.

Trivia

The Chairman of Xentra Group, Maner Puyawan, was a graduate of Marcelo H. Del Pilar Science High School Batch 1994. Puyawan believes in the popular Filipino saying “Ang hindi lumingon sa pinanggalingan ay hindi makakarating sa paroroonan” and the principle of “utang ng loob.”
