As part of our commitment to fostering young talent, we officially welcomed our newest batch of On-the-Job Training (OJT) interns during the Intern’s Meet and Greet, held on January 27, 2025, at Xentra Tower. This event served as an introduction to Xentra’s culture, values, and work environment, equipping interns with the knowledge and insights needed to excel in their roles.
A Warm Welcome to Future Industry Leaders
The event commenced with an opening prayer led by Julius Bulaong, setting a positive and reflective tone for the day. This was followed by a heartfelt welcome address by Cathy Raymundo, VP of HR/Admin, who emphasized Xentra’s dedication to nurturing talent, fostering professional growth, and providing hands-on industry experience. She reassured interns that their time at Xentra would be both educational and transformative, allowing them to gain practical exposure in a dynamic corporate environment.
Adding to the excitement, Xentra President Mellanie Alpay delivered the opening remarks, where she highlighted Xentra’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence. She encouraged interns to embrace challenges, take initiative, and actively contribute to projects, reinforcing the idea that an internship at Xentra is not just about learning but about making an impact.

To provide a deeper understanding of Xentra’s operations, Erika Puyawan presented the Company Profile, which covered key aspects of the organization, including its Mission and Vision, Leadership Team, Key Industry Statistics, and Technology Stack.

This session offered valuable insights into the company’s strategic direction, technological advancements, and corporate values, ensuring that interns gain a comprehensive understanding of the environment they are stepping into.
By learning about Xentra’s core objectives and industry contributions, interns were able to see how their roles fit into the company’s broader vision.
