Xentra President, Maricel Medel led the groundbreaking ceremony on July 10, 2022 at Blas Ople Diversion Road Bulihan, Malolos, Bulacan to officially start the construction of the 4-storey Xentra Tower. The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled to be held in December.
Xentra Tower will house Xentra Group’s various divisions including Stergo, DexignHub, PinoyWallet, Xyno, and Xentra itself. The increasing number of companies under its wing, and the employees that come with them, was one of the reasons why Xentra Group wanted to establish its own building and headquarters.
Xentra Group and Its Divisions
Xentra Group consists of several companies that serve different divisions of the group’s diversified interests, primarily in the IT industry.
Xentra Infotech Solutions, Inc. is an IT solutions provider, offering premium software development services and a suite of other digital solutions for demanding clients and complex projects here and abroad.
Stergo Innovations, Inc. is a full-service provider of CRM implementation solutions to small businesses in the US, Europe, and Latin America.
Xyno Consulting, Inc. is a risk management and cybersecurity consulting firm. It provides comprehensive solutions to help organizations protect their sensitive information, comply with regulations, and maintain the trust of their customers.
DexignHub is the design and digital marketing division of Xentra Group. It focuses on providing companies with branding, website design, UX/UI design, and mobile app development services.
Finally, PinoyWallet is a mobile payments and financial services provider, offering products and services to OFWs in the Bahamas, who send money, insurance, and prepaid phone credits to their loved ones here in the Philippines.
To eliminate the need to lease each company’s offices in Metro Manila, Xentra Group’s Chairman and Founder, Maner Puyawan sought to establish a headquarters for his companies.
Why Bulacan
Malolos is a great place to put up a headquarters for an IT company considering its proximity to universities. This decision is great for the company to give back to the community by employing students and graduating individuals from nearby educational institutions.
To date, Xentra has trained students from prestigious universities such as the Bulacan State University (Malolos and Hagonoy), Centro Escolar University, and La Consolacion University Philippines. Xentra aims to employ its trainees. In fact, out of 23 trainees, 15 now have become its employees.
The Groundbreaking Ceremony
The groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 10, while construction will start on July 13 and is estimated to be completed by mid-December at the end of 2022.
The construction of this new building is very important in the pursuit of achieving a quality workplace for Xentra employees. This will allow Xentra Group to provide better products and services to its clients. The company cites the importance of changing for the better, and that the present is the time for growth.
With Xentra Tower, Maner and his companies can now work collaboratively in a more seamless manner.
