Her background as a Project Manager for Marker Trax, Koin, and LegalSynq has equipped her with deep expertise in steering complex initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational precision. In her current role, she leads Xentra’s security governance, ensuring the organization consistently aligns with ISO 27001 practices and enterprise-grade compliance standards. Thel oversees the implementation of security controls, risk management processes, and evidence preparation, working closely with engineering, compliance, and company leadership to strengthen Xentra’s defenses and operational guardrails.

Throughout her career, Thel has demonstrated a strong ability to develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and proactively identify risks to maintain timelines and budgets. She is known for her structured communication, delivering clear progress updates and driving continuous improvements that enhance execution efficiency. Beyond her technical responsibilities, she fosters a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to ensure teams remain aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

It’s never easy to write something like this.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to wind down the operations of Xentra Infotech Solutions, Inc. (Philippines).

This decision comes after a challenging period, and while it marks the end of this chapter for our Philippine entity, it does not define the entirety of Xentra’s journey.

What This Means

  • Xentra InfoTech Solutions, Inc. (Philippines) will be closing its operations
  • Xentra Solutions, LLC (USA) will continue to operate and support our clients
  • All active engagements will be properly transitioned to ensure continuity where applicable

We remain fully committed to honoring our obligations and maintaining the level of service our clients expect.

Why This Decision Was Made

Like many businesses, we faced a combination of challenges that became unsustainable over time. Despite significant efforts and continued investment, we reached a point where closing our Philippine operations was the most responsible path forward.

This decision was not made lightly.

While this marks the end of one part of our organization, Xentra USA continues forward—supporting clients, delivering work, and building on what we’ve created.
