In a significant move to streamline operations and enhance service delivery, Xentra Solutions, a leading IT outsourcing company, has announced a major re-organization of its leadership team. Mellanie Alpay has been appointed as the new President, taking over from Maricel Medel, who has led the company through a period of impressive growth.

The Restructured Xentra and Its Newest Division

Under this re-organization, the company’s operations will be more focused on its core business areas, with the establishment of a new division, XentraLink Management Services, Inc.

XentraLink will be responsible for centralizing all common functions such as HR, admin, finance, accounting, sales, marketing, IT support, and operations. This strategic move is designed to allow the main divisions of Xentra Group to concentrate fully on delivering top-tier services to their clients.

Maricel Medel, the outgoing President, will not be leaving Xentra but will instead take on the new role of Chief Finance Officer. Her expertise in finance and management will be instrumental in setting up the new division for success.

Mellanie Alpay steps into her role at a pivotal time, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the IT outsourcing industry. Her vision is expected to drive Xentra’s continued expansion and innovation. Other member companies of the Xentra Group, along with XentraLink, will now operate under a more streamlined and efficient organizational structure.

The New Face of Xentra: Mellanie Alpay

With over two decades of experience in the BPO and IT industries, Mellanie Alpay brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to her new role. Her expertise spans IT service management, program management, business analysis, disaster recovery, and IT strategy, making her exceptionally well-equipped to lead Xentra through its next phase of growth and transformation.

Alpay has worked with some of the country’s most prestigious companies, including Sykes, DXC (formerly Hewlett-Packard), and Macquarie, where she developed her skills in managing complex projects and leading service delivery teams. Her tenure at DXC, in particular, saw her earn multiple certifications, such as ITIL Expert and ISO 20000 Lead Auditor, which underscore her deep understanding of IT processes and standards.

Her leadership has consistently driven success in various high-profile roles, from managing regional IT deployments to setting up global support systems. Alpay’s commitment to continuous improvement and her ability to navigate and implement IT strategies will be invaluable as she steers Xentra towards further innovation and excellence.

The re-organization and leadership transition signal Xentra’s commitment to adapting to the evolving needs of its clients and the broader market. With Alpay at the helm, the company is poised to continue its trajectory of growth, innovation, and excellence in IT outsourcing.
