Princess Naguit brings more than 13 years of expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and escalations to her role as Head of Security & Compliance at Xentra. At Citigroup Business Process Solutions, where she served as Senior Resolutions Officer, she led investigations into escalated cases, enforced regulatory standards, and developed risk-mitigation strategies. She also trained frontline employees on compliance practices, designed process improvements that reduced violations, and authored initiatives like the Traffic Light Project to strengthen breach prevention.

Her professional experience spans monitoring and enforcement, risk assessment, policy adherence, and e-payment disputes. She has collaborated closely with audit and compliance teams during internal and external inspections, consistently ensuring alignment with global standards.

At Xentra, Princess leads the Security & Compliance Group, guiding information security policies, building training programs such as the company’s Security Awareness Training initiative, and ensuring global best practices are applied across all projects.
Her leadership ensures that every client engagement with Xentra is not only efficient but also secure, compliant, and resilient.

An Important Update from Xentra

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to wind down the operations of Xentra Infotech Solutions, Inc. (Philippines).

This decision comes after a challenging period, and while it marks the end of this chapter for our Philippine entity, it does not define the entirety of Xentra’s journey.

What This Means

  • Xentra InfoTech Solutions, Inc. (Philippines) will be closing its operations
  • Xentra Solutions, LLC (USA) will continue to operate and support our clients
  • All active engagements will be properly transitioned to ensure continuity where applicable

We remain fully committed to honoring our obligations and maintaining the level of service our clients expect.

Why This Decision Was Made

Like many businesses, we faced a combination of challenges that became unsustainable over time. Despite significant efforts and continued investment, we reached a point where closing our Philippine operations was the most responsible path forward.

This decision was not made lightly.

While this marks the end of one part of our organization, Xentra USA continues forward—supporting clients, delivering work, and building on what we’ve created.
