At Citigroup Business Process Solutions, where she served as Senior Resolutions Officer, she led investigations into escalated cases, enforced regulatory standards, and developed risk-mitigation strategies. She also trained frontline employees on compliance practices, designed process improvements that reduced violations, and authored initiatives like the Traffic Light Project to strengthen breach prevention.

Her professional experience spans monitoring and enforcement, risk assessment, policy adherence, and e-payment disputes. She has collaborated closely with audit and compliance teams during internal and external inspections, consistently ensuring alignment with global standards.

At Xentra, Princess leads the Security & Compliance Group, guiding information security policies, building training programs such as the company’s Security Awareness Training initiative, and ensuring global best practices are applied across all projects.
